BOKWA®-BRAND NEW CLASS!! Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants off all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps. Because the steps are structured as letters and numbers everyone can do Bokwa®. All having a terrific experience in the same class!

Want to take out all of the complicated dance combos and just work hard? BOOTCAMP is for you! Get ready for cardio drills, kickboxing moves, and strength training designed to take your workout to the next level! Suitable for ALL!

BOOTY BOUNCE- IT’S BACK!!!! We know how much you have missed Booty Bounce! This class is all about working the lower body and abs. We SQUAT, we LUNGE, we CRUNCH, all to the most booty poppin music out there!

Hip Hop HUSTLE®- Created by fitness celebrity, Chalene Johnson, HUSTLE™ is designed for EVERYONE who loves to dance! Non-stop hip hop moves and awesome music makes this class a calorie-burning MUST. Yes, you CAN dance Hip Hop!

INSANITY®- Are you ready to DIG DEEPER?? Created by fitness celebrity, Shaun T, one of the best-selling home workout DVDs is now a group fitness class that will challenge you to go past your comfort zone and get INSANE results! Can everyone do this class? YES YES YES!! There are modifications for every move in INSANITY® and you control your level of intensity. Let’s do this!

INSANITY® & Strength- You love INSANITY®? You love TOTAL Strength? Now do them TOGETHER! Each class will be 30-50 minutes of INSANITY® followed by 15 minutes of good ol’ strength training using dumbbells. You’re going to LOVE the results!

Intro to Yoga- In Intro to Yoga, we keep it simple and give you a small glimpse into the world of yoga. The main focus of this class is stress and tension relief which is done through proper breathing techniques, stretching, and simple poses that will leave you feeling loose and relaxed. Please check out the Level 2 class for more challenge.

P90X® Remix- We KNOW you’ve heard of the BEST-SELLING home workout DVD series, P90X®! Now here’s your chance to get a “healthy” mix of this results-driven program every week! Get ready to do strength training exercises and cardio drills in sequences that will get you past your plateau! The only way to continue seeing results is to train for them! MODIFICATIONS GIVEN- no excuses!

Pilates Remix- This dynamic fusion workout is easy on the joints, yet delivers strength, balance, agility and flexibility in one unique calorie burning workout. Got flexibility? Pilates Remix is a blend of Pilates & Yoga. This is a stretch workout for those who want more than just flexibility; they want to burn calories and build muscle!

PiYo Strength™- Take your workout to the next level with this mat, yes I said MAT, class!! Think of it like bootcamp with your shoes off! PiYo Strength™ incorporates everything you love from Pilates & Yoga classes and ups the intensity with strength training exercises sure to make you sweat. It is suitable for ALL because of the many different modifications.

TOTAL Strength- No messing around in this weight lifting class- this is all strength and all awesome! Don’t be intimidated--using the right weighted dumbbells for you makes this class suitable for all fitness levels and age groups. It is a NEEDED class for EVERY woman (and man)!!

Traditional BOXING- Want to train like a pro fighter? Well, only if you want to get in shape like one. New for 2014 we are introducing traditional boxing training just like the pros endure prior to professional fights. Taught by a former boxer, boxing trainer and defensive tactics instructor for police cadets, this program will teach you combinations, drills, and of course include a conditioning format that will get you "fight fit". Get ready to work and dig deep cause if you want to get into pro shape you have to train like one!

Turbo Kick®- Created by fitness celebrity Chalene Johnson, creator of Turbo Jam®, Turbo Fire®, & Chalean Extreme workout DVDs, this class will maximize your workout with ab sculpting moves and fat burning cardio! Filled with boxing, karate, hip hop and funk! Come join the party and possibly burn up to 1000 calories a workout!

ZUMBA®- Created by celebrity fitness trainer, "Beto" Perez, ZUMBA says, “Ditch the workout and join the party!” This class is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

ZUMBA Toning™
- This awesome class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific ZUMBA moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. Participants use weighted, maraca-like ZUMBA Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.

Zumba Kids™ Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So, why not get fit while they're at it? This class is for kids ONLY from ages 4-11 years old. Cost is now $4 a class!

Zumba Kids™ SESSION- This Zumba Kids class is a PREPAID session each Sunday starting June 22nd- July 27th. Cost is $20 per child for the 6 week session. PLEASE REGISTER AT THE FRONT DESK. Minimum of 5 children for the class to start. If the minimum amount is not met, a refund will be given. This class builds off of previous classes and has a theme for each session, which makes it a different experience from the Saturday class.
